These terms cover your use of M22 Construction's websites and forms, and your receipt of text messages from us. M22 Construction is a trading name of M22 LLC.

These terms do not govern your construction project. The work itself, the price, the payment schedule, the scope and the warranty are all set by the written contract you sign with M22. If anything here appears to conflict with that signed contract, the signed contract wins.

M22 uses text messaging in two separate ways: an internal work number for the M22 team, and ordinary project contact with customers.

Who this is for. M22 employees, crew members, and subcontractors and suppliers engaged on an M22 job. These are work messages between people working together on the same job.

What you are agreeing to. By giving M22 Construction your mobile number when you join the crew or take on work with us, and agreeing to be reached about that work, you consent to receive text messages from M22 covering job coordination — where to be and when, schedule and start-time changes, site access, deliveries, questions from the field, and safety or weather notices.

These are operational messages only. We do not send marketing or promotional texts on this number, and we never obtain numbers for it from a list, a lead generator, or any third party.

Message frequency varies — it follows what is happening on the jobs rather than a schedule.

Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's standard rates apply. M22 does not charge you for text messages.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts at that number. You will receive one confirmation message, and then we will stop. We will reach you by phone instead — opting out does not affect your work or your place on the schedule. You can opt back in at any time by texting us or telling us directly.

Getting help. Reply HELP to any message, email matt@m22.llc, or call 980-613-2550.

Delivery. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and we cannot guarantee any message will arrive — that depends on your carrier, your device and your coverage. Do not rely on text for anything urgent or safety-related. Call.

Your number. Tell us if your mobile number changes or is reassigned, so we do not text someone who never asked to hear from us.

Separately, we may contact you about your own project using the number you gave us, by call or text — scheduling, arrival times, questions from the crew, quotes and approvals, invoices and payment reminders. We do not send promotional or marketing text blasts to customers, and consent to receive text messages is not a condition of buying anything from us. Reply STOP at any time; message and data rates may apply, and opting out does not affect your project.

In both cases your mobile number and your messaging consent are never shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

• Information on our sites — including any pricing examples, project photos and descriptions of past work — is provided for general information. It is not an offer, and it is not a quote for your project. Only a written estimate or proposal issued by M22 is a quote.
• When you submit a form, give us accurate information and only submit details about a property you own or are authorised to act for.
• Do not attempt to gain access to areas of our sites that are restricted to M22 staff, and do not use our sites to send unlawful, abusive or automated bulk content.
• Our site content, logo and brand are ours. Please do not reproduce them as your own.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of our websites at any time, and we do not promise the sites will always be available or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, M22 is not liable for loss arising from your use of our websites or from a text message that was delayed, undelivered or received by the wrong person. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects your rights under your signed construction contract.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
